7 Month Update!

So many big changes in the last month! Jackson has become a rolling machine! He rolls back and forth across the floor...no more setting him down and expecting him to stay there! He is also doing extremely well sitting up all by himself. Every once and awhile he gets a little tipsy but for the most part can sit and play for decent amount of time! We have been trying lots of new fruits and veggies and sweet potato's seem to be his favorite so far. Currently we are working on transitioning him from his infant tub to a toddler one...last night was the first night we tried and it went horribly! He was screaming by the time we were done. We'll give it one more try tonight and if it goes just as badly we'll wait another week or two and try again.

Jackson and Daddy kneeling my the snowman that Daddy and Bentley made this weekend : ) Next year Jackson will be out there helping I'm sure!

Spending the Day With Cousin Zion!!!

Grandma Donker, Aunt Kim, and Zion came to visit Jackson this weekend and the two boys had lots of fun playing together! We took them shopping to their favorite store...buybuy baby : ) They had fun picking out things for Grandma to buy them : ) Thanks Grandma!

Aunt Kim reading Jackson and Zion some stories before taking a nap
Two VERY tired boys watching a Praise Baby video before Zion heads home

We tried REALLY hard to get a picture of the two of them smiling and looking at the camera...this was the best of the bunch...not an easy task!

Two buddies giving each other a hug goodbye....so stinkin cute!!!!

Big Blue Eyes : )

I love these pictures cause they show how long Jackson's lashes are...watch out girls! : )

All Better!

We are soooo thankful that Jackson has recovered from having RSV! He was pretty miserable for a few days, but would still smile for us : ) What a trooper! We are very thankful that we didn't have to go to the hospital at all, just had to make quite a few trips to the doctor for lung and ear checks. Apparently he is the only baby this winter to not get an ear infection with RSV! Yeah Jackson!

Getting started with one of his many breathing treatments.

Gerrad and I were very thankful for his Praise baby videos that he received for his baptism! When it was time for a breathing treatment we would turn one on and he would sit and watch it during the treatment. He loves those videos!

My happy boy! He is definitely feeling better! Still has an occasional cough but other than that we are all better. Praise God for that!
