We headed up to the cottage on the Friday before Memorial Day. The boats and docks were not yet in the water so, we spent the day just hanging out and relaxing.

On Saturday we headed up to Burt Lake State Park to hang out with the Donker clan. We were definitely taking over the park with around 50 of us there! The boys wasted no time headed down to the water to throw sand....does that ever get old?!? :)

Its a family tradition going back a long time that we get pizza on Saturday night. we used to go to the restaurant but our group has gotten a little to big so now we bring it back to the park.
